The Roof Top Café would like to offer you the finest in food, beverage & service that the Florida Keys has to offer. Executive Chef Brendan Orr’s award winning New-Island cuisine will excite your taste buds and make you and your guests feel as if they are dining at one of the finest restaurants in the world, all while at the special location of your choice. We use only the finest ingredients, freshest produce, prime cut meats & seasonal local and imported seafood. As with our restaurant, all of our menu selections are prepared from scratch. We are also happy to accommodate any special menu requests or design an entire custom menu for your occasion. Thank you for choosing the Roof Top Café for all of your catering needs.

 

Services and Fees

Coordination
$400 and covers consulting, organizing the event, menu designs and all handling prior to and leading up to the event.

Minimum Requirements
A full-service catering event minimum of $60 per person for food is necessary.

Pick-Up & Drop-Off Available
Pick-up & drop-off services available for appetizer platters only

Set-Up & Break-Down
Fees differ per event depending upon the extent of services required, location of event and specialized equipment necessary. Please contact us for more information.

Gratuity & Sales Tax
A 20% gratuity will apply and includes the servers, bartenders in addition to the onsite Manager. Sales tax is currently 7.5%.

Chef Attendants
$250 Executive Chef attendant (includes site check and consultations)
$150 Professional Chef attendant

Small Wares & Equipment
Glasses, plates, silverware, linen, tables, chairs & additional equipment available. Additional fees apply.

Other Services
Flowers, photographers, musicians and custom cakes are available upon request. Additional fees apply.

Beverage Options

We have found that the most fair and economical option is to price our bar by consumption. Mixers, ice, beverage napkins, straws & garnishes are included; glass ware is additional. The following drink packages are available to our guests. Special requests are available. In addtion, we also offer a complete selection wine.

Confirmation Agreement

In order to secure your off-site catering function, it is necessary to complete and sign a Confirmation Agreement. In addition, a deposit will be required. To view or print the Confirmation Agreement, please click here.

A $1000.00 deposit payable by credit card or check will be required to confirm your reservation. The deposit will be credited to your final bill. $500 or ½ of the deposit is refundable with a cancellation no less than 14 days prior to the scheduled event. In the event of unforeseen acts of God the deposit will be fully refundable. Cancellation within 24 hours of scheduled event will result in a charge no greater than 50% of total anticipated fee.
